An engineer who is already in the field might be surprised to hear that getting a master’s degree in physics might not guarantee him or her a job as soon as he or she finishes his or her master’s. Even with a degree in physics, there are not many employers willing to hire someone who has only studied for the GRE.

After finishing that, one can choose to go straight to a four-year university.
Getting an engineering degree requires an extra two years of college education, but it’s well worth the money and time it takes to complete the program. Getting into an engineering program can mean a great job in the field, which might include getting hired right away as an electrician, a computer programmer, an aerospace engineer, or a petroleum engineer.
The only person who is guaranteed to get a job as an engineer by taking a Physics GRE Redd is the one with a master’s degree in Engineering. If one does not have that, then getting an associate’s degree will provide a better chance at getting that job. So that means getting into the engineering program, getting a master’s degree, then taking more classes so one can build on their knowledge and get one’s degree and become a better engineer.
Some people do not need the extra schooling to get their engineering degrees because they will make the decision on their own. But for those who are more ambitious, or who want to advance in the field, taking Physics GRE Redd is just what the doctor ordered.
